Melvina is an excellent real estate agent. She's is very patient with us as we looked and complained about every nook and cranny inside each house. She was available to us 24/7. It didn't matter whether I contacted her by email, phone at night or whether it was Sunday she was always there. Melvina knocked on the door of my house and said she could sell it and get us into the neighborhood that we desired to be in. I was initially skeptical, but she was so confident, gracious, and compelling that we said we'd give it a try.
